Where we came from
Out of our own
need
We have been building this experience since 2011, when – as an in-house IT department – we built a complete business management system for the OVER Group holding. That is how our flagship product, BMS, came about.
After a successful rollout across the OVER Group brands we developed the product further and adapted it for the wider market. Today we work with clients in the food, pharmaceutical and apparel industries, among others.
That is why we treat design differently than a creative agency does. Before we draw a screen, we know who will build it and on what stack.
AI in our process
AI speeds things up.
Experience decides
AI removed the cost of producing the first screen. It did not remove the cost of making the right decision. So we use it where it genuinely saves time – and not where somebody has to take responsibility.
If your team works with Cursor, Claude Code or Copilot, we also hand over the documentation and design system as .md files – architecture notes, tokens, components, states and usage rules in a format a coding agent reads straight from the repository. No retyping the design from Figma into a prompt.

Automation
Repetitive steps – asset export, screen variants, content migration, test data generation – are handled by a script, not by a person over three days.

Agents
They search the repository, propose changes and keep the design system consistent. A developer always does the review – no agent ships to production on its own.

.md documentation for agents
The same design in two formats: Figma for people, Markdown for machines. The agent gets tokens and rules as text, so the code it generates matches the system.

RAG over the documentation
Agreements, decisions and the specification in one place. The team asks and gets an answer with a concrete source, instead of digging through six-month-old e-mails.
None of these tools designs for us or writes a system from scratch. Underneath there is still a team that has been shipping production software since 2011 – in React and React Native, NodeJS, Ionic, on MongoDB and SQL. That experience is what lets us judge which AI suggestions are good and which are expensive.

This is where we design and where we build. We work remotely with clients around the world, but the office is real and you are welcome to visit.

If you need a team to build your own software, our IT team is available for outsourcing too and will gladly support you in reaching your goals.
We join an existing process – SCRUM, Jira, daily stand-ups – and work alongside your team, in Polish, English or German. That is how we worked on the B2B ordering platform for PGF, among others.
